Press releases are like first dates. Everybody tries to make a good impression until that unavoidable awkward moment at the end of the date (Run away? Handshake? Hug? Kiss? Your place or mine?) Just like singles on a first date, press releases rarely talk about the bad stuff. After reading a recent press release from SolarFun (SOLF - Last trade $10.70), I'm running for the hills like the commitment-phobic bachelor that I am.
It's not you SolarFun, it's me.
Does anyone else hear the alarm bells going off? Comments

how hard will it be for solf to sell equity to an investor. if wall street wasnt so bent on choosing winners and losers in this industry solf would be trading around 25 and will have floated additional equity by now and the stock would be heading north. eslr was a favorite short of wall street and so for different reasons was wfr. both are heading sharply higher today. solf market capitalization is a compelling reason to buy. but also buy other stronger stocks in the group. solf is cheap.
