I bought Vanguard Pacific ETF (VPL - $68.89) for $69.93 today.

At 0.15% annual fees, this is the lowest cost fund that holds Asian stocks.  I've been accumulating it for years.

Disclosures and Confessions: I own VPL and have been accumulating it for a few years.  I may buy more soon.

Options may be for me but they are are not for everyone.  Futures are highly speculative.  You can lose more than your initial investment in futures.
