CAMBRIDGE, MA.—Corporate culture plays the key role in a company's decision to participate in voluntary environmental compliance programs, according to a new report
titled “Beyond Compliance: Business Decision Making and the US EPA’s Performance Track Program ,” released by the Regulatory Policy Program (RPP) at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government.
