Lehman Brothers Appoints Council on Climate Change E-mail
Written by David Neubert

Lehman Brothers (LEH) said on Wednesday that it has named Theodore Roosevelt IV, a great-grandson of U.S. President Theodore Roosevelt, as chairman of its global council on climate change (source Reuters).

I love to see a company I was associated with attack issues that threaten our planet.  I also think it is good business. I have been impressed with Lehman Brother's innovation and drive to succeed.  I also think that their stock, along with those of most big investment banks, are underpriced.

Disclosures and Confessions:  I own Lehman Brothers (LEH).  I am a former employee  and Managing Director at Lehman Brothers(LEH), I am vested in their executive compensation, stock ownership and options plans. I have sold LEH  in the past two years. To my knowledge I was never deemed an "insider".

I bet the golf scores of Lehman's executives are going to get much lower now...although it is hard to imagine it is possible to spend more time on the course than they have in the past !!!!!!!!!!!
